Elements available for an effective implementation include:
- Provision of brochure with logo.
- Plan dates of orientation events.
- Schedule rollout teleconference/webcast for Human Resources team. These can be interactive webinars archived for future hires.
- HR Manager Training Sessions scheduled and invitations sent.
- Seminar/Webinar schedule for first year of service arrived at.
- Benefit/Wellness Fair schedule completed.
- Welcome Kits containing promotional posters, brochures, and wallet cards.
- Outreach Calls to HR team to build awareness of the service and identify key contracts.
- Coordination of transition of services from outgoing EAP to Carebridge.
- Education program advising HR team of procedures for critical incidents and formal referrals.
- HR/Manager Training Sessions or webcasts completed.
- Employee Orientation events carried out.
- Bi-weekly review of services during first 60 days of activity.
- Monthly transmission of employee newsletter and wellness tip.
