Implementation

Carebridge views the introduction of the service to a workforce as critical. Your Account Manager will work collaboratively with you to custom craft the implementation to your specifications.

Elements available for an effective implementation include:

  1. Provision of brochure with logo.

  2. Plan dates of orientation events.

  3. Schedule rollout teleconference/webcast for Human Resources team. These can be interactive webinars archived for future hires.

  4. HR Manager Training Sessions scheduled and invitations mailed.

  5. Seminar/Webinar schedule for first year of service arrived at.

  6. Benefit/Wellness Fair schedule completed.

  7. Welcome Kits containing promotional posters, brochures, and wallet cards to identified sites.

  8. Promotional materials provided for inclusion in Short Term Disability and FMLA packets.

  9. Outreach Calls to HR team to build awareness of the service and identify key contracts.

  10. Coordination of transition of services from outgoing EAP to Carebridge.

  11. Education program advising HR team of procedures for critical incidents and formal referrals.

  12. Mailing of introductory brochure and materials to residence of each covered employee.

  13. HR/Manager Training Sessions or webcasts completed.

  14. Employee Orientation events carried out.

  15. Bi-weekly review of services during first 60 days of activity.

  16. Monthly transmission of employee newsletter and wellness tip.
